AC volt found in the 24Vdc signal wire, is there any simple way like adding a filter, to remove the AC volt?

I assume you men either ripple or noise.
Use a screened cable but only ground the screen at one end, this way you avoid earth loops, and that is not a good thing. Also, wind the cable through a ferrite ring a couple of times. As an aside, you might consider an electrolytic capacitor to charge smooth out any residal AC ripple. Best of luck.

you should be using a shielded cable this should alleviate any noise on signal wire. Or make sure everything is properly grounded
