			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><img src="http://i.ytimg.com/vi/OlI3T4EM_RA/2.jpg" align="left">This is a lighting adapter for military vehicles, 24vdc to 12vdc.I made this quick video to hopefully clarify the operation of the adapter.  It was designed to run primarily for a military semi truck to pull a civilian semi trailer. It only drops the voltage when there is a load applied. After some testing, it was determined that you need at least 4 marker/tail lamps to lower the voltage correctly for the marker/tail lamp circuit. Only one large 12vdc bulb is required to lower the brake/stop/turn to the proper level.</p>
