How do I set a sony cyber shot camera to a self timer?

I need to set my camera to a self timer so u can press the button and it takes the picture a certain amount of second later. Its a DSCW55 Mpegmovie VX camera. Please help.

It helps to learn a bit about it, you know.

Page 22 tells you how to do it.

If you have lost your manual, you can download it again from Sony. Took me about a minute to find it.

    Press the ‘down’ button. The W55 gives you a choice of either 2 seconds or 10 seconds.
